Most people don’t realize they are stressed out until it is too late. Start managing your stress before you get to that point. Doing a daily self check is one tool that you can use. Try these techniques as a daily practice to help yourself before you become overwhelmed: do a body scan, write in a journal, reflect on your day, or make a list of your accomplishments and any challenges you faced.
