What self-care practices have you found to be helpful during this turbulent time?

During these very trying times I have found that prayer and my close human contacts have severed to ground me. Remembering each day that I am grateful to be alive and healthy has eased the anxiety, which for me can be extreme.There will always be something or someone who is worse off than me….I am thankful…..
